As a Booking Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
You will also be tasked with answering customer inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing excellent customer service. To excel in this role, you must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. You should be willing to research and understand all travel policies and regulations, as well as the ability to navigate booking systems and online portals.
