Responsibilities:

• Research to locate the best pricing and options according to client’s specifications
• Promote tours, vacation packages, resorts, cruises, sporting events and more
• Book itineraries for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met
• Organize and provide materials pertaining to your clients itinerary
• Plan and promote accommodations and travel services
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat clientele base

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism
• Exceptional organizational, customer service, time management, and communication skills are essential
• Personal experience with both domestic and international travel is considered an advantage
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
