As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Cargo Partner you’ll be responsible for providing strategic end to end talent support, sourcing and consultation for multiple functions. You’ll be responsible for the development of attraction strategies (including social, job boards, networking and referrals) the employee value proposition, careers website and the end to end candidate experience. You’ll act as the recruitment champion and specialist, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates and new employees supporting through our awesome onboarding process.

What you’ll be doing…

• Searching for potential new employees using social media, local universities and schools, own and industry network across Country/Region and other countries as required
• Direct communication and business partnering with candidates and hiring managers, managing their expectations upon requisition and offer respectively
• Coordinate recruitment process and cooperation with hiring community including candidate experience, scheduling interviews, posting jobs on new platforms, Privacy compliance etc.
• Organise and plan interviews, handle recruitment administration tasks
• Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities in alignment with country HR Managers
• Responsible for ATS compliance in region
• Assess and adjust company benefits together with HR in line with market expectations and evolution
• Visit career fairs, schools and universities to present cargo-partner
• Plan procedures to improve the candidate experience
• New channels of recruitment, internal marketing e.g. referral program communication
• Ensure time to hire KPI is met
• Build a talent pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates to support future hiring needs and potential candidate

A little about you…

• Certainly of graduate calibre, you’ll come from either agency or in house which is essential for this role
• Experience of recruiting within a fast paced business/agency – Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG or Engineering/Manufacturing is desirable
• An understanding of a first class candidate experience and EVP
• Good understanding of employment legislation surrounding recruitment
• Ideally you’ll have recruited heavily across Europe, UK and the US
• Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines and react to changes in planning
• You’ll be an excellent communicator and negotiator to identify and procure the “best in class” candidates
• Confident, friendly with the ability to build positive relationships
