The Global Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner with key stakeholders to provide an integrated and broad approach to highly complex talent acquisition strategies that brings together critical thinking and planning. In this role, you will develop innovative approaches, facilitate strategic coordination between essential partners globally and enable the company’s global functions to meet the broader needs of the customers. Key Accountabilities
Partner closely with key teams and stakeholders including Regional Talent Acquisition Leads, Global Employment Branding, Regional Talent Acquisition Sourcing Leads, Recruiters, and Global Business HR Partners to align with and understand the strategic goals of the enterprise and global function to translate them into suitable recruitment strategies.
Provide thought leadership and expert knowledge on the domain strategy through market knowledge, research and insights, and talent and recruitment trends to drive functional hiring challenges aligned to methodologies.
Acts as subject matter expertise on external market intelligence to execute TA strategies including talent supply chain, external succession planning, talent intelligence, competitor analysis, sourcing channel development, brand/attraction strategies, and talent pipelining.
Design innovative strategies and coordinated frameworks to address transformation and larger projects with relevant approaches across multiple geographies.
Coordinate strategic perspective across global and regional partners to foster a smooth process and align connection cadence.
Provide a consultative approach to address strategic hiring needs and solutions from internal sourcing to talent scans and vendors.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of six years’ experience in a similar Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultancy role.

Ten or more years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultancy role.
Strong leadership and business partnership expertise with a confirmed success in building functional strategies from a talent acquisition or talent perspective.
Well networked externally within the talent / TA leadership space – bringing the outside in with frequency to influence strategy
Experience working in a highly matrix global multinational
