Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join company’s Executive Talent Acquistion team. As an Executive Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition process, specifically for executive-level positions globally. In this role, you will execute the implementation and administration processes as well as relationship management with the Global HRBPs, executive hiring managers, executive recruiters and sourcers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for all stakeholders. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and process adherence as well as the ability to regularly handle sensitive and confidential information. Key Accountabilities

• Execute established sourcing and recruiting plans by collaborating with executive recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, job requirements, desired candidate profiles, interview panel and focus for executive-level positions and provide education on front end processes to ensure successful completion through our systems and propose process improvements.
• Coordinate and analyze pre-employment activities such as Leadership Assessments, background checks, offer letters and pre-boarding processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), administrate internal systems and generate Quarterly Executive Summary and Status s as well as recruitment s to ensure compliance with country and local labor laws.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

This position is a Hybrid model. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related work experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and executive recruiters.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference of 4 years’ experience in either Executive Talent Acquisition coordination, as a global executive assistant or as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition coordination specific to executive-level positions
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional work hours as required given the global nature of the role supporting executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing process within a full cycle recruitment environment.
• Experience in a highly complex globally matrixed or multinational work environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and best practices related to talent acquisition.
• Conduct labor market analysis, market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors and trend analysis and provide relevant ing for defined businesses.
• Recruiting, talent acquisition or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS – SuccessFactors) and other HR software for candidate management and ing purposes
• Strong experience using MS Office tools, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
