About the Position
The People Team is looking for a friendly, outgoing, CARING individual to work closely with our Executive Team and People Team as an Administrative Assistant. This person is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and CFO, and the distributed People Team, while providing integral hands-on office support. This role is part of the People Team (HR) and s directly to the People Operations Manager. Duties include cultivating office culture, scheduling meetings, processing executive expense s, assisting the People Team with triaging employee inquiries. The role is hybrid with 3 days a week required in the Lehi, Utah office.

• Primary Responsibilities
• The Administrative Assistant is critical to driving engagement into our Lehi, Utah office space.

Core responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative assistance to executive leadership, such as expense management, travel and lodging plans, and schedule maintenance.
• -Assist in maintaining and triaging employee inquiries for the People Team.
• Ensure smooth and timely communication with employees regarding their queries.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate HRIS records.
• Organizing leadership meetings, including scheduling, lodging, and catering.
• Acting as a culture champion in every interaction with employees and clients.
• Welcoming visitors to the Lehi, Utah office.
• Managing executive’s calendar and travel arrangements when needed.
• Assist the HR Manager Leadership development and training sessions.
• Ensure Lehi office breakroom is fully stocked with snacks and drinks.
• Assist in organizing Lehi free lunch Tuesday each week.
• Ensure Lehi office tasks run smoothly, such as incoming mail and office supply orders.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Needed Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR or administrative role.
• Self-starter, willing to go above and beyond
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to multitask and follow through on many priorities
• Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
• Interpersonal skills
