Internally, the Account Executive position is referred to as Client Development Executive. The CDE has the opportunity to positively impact the business model of our healthcare prospects and customers in a new way. Your responsibilities will include finding opportunities to help prospects improve the quality of care delivered to patients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables you to drive an engagement at all levels within an organization. We need a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets, as well as contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.
What you will do:
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around CareXM services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct and indirect sales initiatives
  • Self-starter who thinks strategically but acts tactically, with purpose and accountability
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Excellent ability to use the phone for initial outreach to prospect accounts
  • Developing multi-point relationships within C-suite, decision-making committees and boards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expect moderate travel

What you need:
  • 2+ years of technology related sales and/or business development experience in the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions to the F1000
  • Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account, while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
  • Ability to work in an environment where sales activities are measured
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to ask inquisitive and tough questions
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Background in healthcare and/or technical sales
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Track record of developing sustainable new business
  • Extensive customer networking experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
