Position Summary:

CarePoint Health is looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to join the team. The Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for the successful recruitment of Physicians and Advanced Practice Professionals for CarePoint Health, Blue Sky Neurology, and EPIC including on-boarding and retention processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field required.
• At least one year of recruitment experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with full cycle recruiting.
• Strong customer consultative skills and negotiation skills required.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to successfully manage customer relationships.
• Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision, and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with physicians and administrators.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to “think outside the box” in recruiting providers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet recruiting job boards, and experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with administration and Medical Directors to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for each service line.
• Identifies and sources targeted providers using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods. Reviews CVs/applications and phone screens all candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization. Present provider opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about the company compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position.
• Creates a comprehensive practice description for each opportunity. Prepares job descriptions and develops job postings for company web site. Identifies and searches candidate database(s) for potential candidates. Develops hiring campaigns for positions and places follow-up calls to proactively source candidates.
• Researches and attends job fairs, conferences, residency and fellowship programs, and other physician recruitment opportunities. Research association publications, web sites, and other appropriate resources on which to post physician opportunities. Develops relationships with residency and fellowship programs. Assist with the development of promotional materials, such as banners and posters to be used in recruitment events.
• Maintains an applicant tracking worksheet/database reflecting documentation of positions open, interviews scheduled, conversation had, offers made or not made, offers accepted or not accepted, reasons for offers declined, etc. Follows up with all candidates and referring parties in a timely manner.
• Tracks and verifies all invoices and funds spent on external recruitment resources, including job postings, ad placements, third party placement fees, etc. Analyzes effectiveness of advertising and resources used.
• Directs, organizes, and coordinates all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas and site visits including travel and hotel reservations, clinic, hospital and community tours, appointments with physicians, lunch/dinner reservations, and processes all related receipts. May escort candidates through their interviews and visit.
• Completes a disclosure for each applicant and follows up with legal regarding disclosed issues. Contacts a minimum of three professional references for each candidate; documents information gathered and submits to contracting. Follows-up and obtains feedback from interviewers and candidates after interview to determine interest on all parties’ behalf.
• Works with administration and legal to outline the terms and compensation of the contracts/employment agreements.
• Provides continued assistance to new hire physicians in becoming acclimated to the community during their transition/relocation. Contacts new hires after 30 and 60 days to determine satisfaction with the process and assess opportunities for improvement.
• Stays current on regional and national physician hiring trends and practices; research competitor’s activities to keep informed of changes impacting the company’s ability to hire and retain top talent. Provides input to improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
