Caremark is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for the Letchworth office.

You will report to the office chain of command but have autonomy to drive forward how you manage the successful recruitment of carers to the company.

Hours :

Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm (45-minute lunch break)

Duties:

· Liaising with Management team

· Managing recruitment process including interviews

· Recruitment admin, such as handling calls, emails, post etc

· Organizing recruitment events and managing projects as requested by managing director.

· Taking new care worker enquiries

· Compiling relevant documents for carer personnel files

· Compliance within the office e.g csw files

· Managing social media sites such as Facebook, twitter for job advertisements.

· Assisting with audits from Social Services and CQC.

· Producing documentation e.g. Reference letters/emails.

Ideal Candidate.

· Strong administration experience

· Excellent IT skills and strong verbal and written communication

· Good organisational/planning skills

· Excellent time management

· Ability to work under own initiative and within a team

· Preferable recruitment experience (selection, screening, interviewing and offers)
