We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our busy team.

The successful candidate will play a key part:

• In the employee lifecycle including pre/onboarding and offboardin
• Creating our online recruitment processes and supporting company wide recruitment campaign
• Provide administrative support producing the preperation of documentation
• Being a superuser of our HR system and ATS
• Work alongside HR and Payroll colleagues, providing a seamless service to the business
• Handling initial employee and managers queries, escalating as and when required

Skills/requirements for this role:

• To be well organised with the ability to work to the pace of the business
• Passion for HR software and customer engagement
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
• Practical, pragmatic and persuasive

Experience gained in a HR administrative environment is required. CIPD Level 3 qualification and knowledge of Cascade HRIS would be an advantage.
