Are you a hands-on HR Generalist with experience in providing advice to employees and managers? Do you also have a passion for Talent Acquisition? Keen to drive the perception of the role of HR and support the development of Council’s people products?

Council’s dynamic People & Development team is looking for an individual to actively contribute to the working life experiences of our employees through operational advice on all people matters and by delivering organisational change management activities. As a major part of your role, you will also be the face of the organisation in an effort to attract, recruit and retain talent who reflect the diversity of our community.
