About the role and who we are looking for:

Located at our Scone office, this is a diverse and interesting role, for an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for people and processes to join our dedicated team at Upper Hunter. We have some flexibility in this role and could accommodate either full-time or part-time hours, please indicate your preference in your application. Reporting directly to the HR Manager this critical role will assist the team in facilitating and managing a positive employee experience during the employment life cycle.

This role will suit someone with a flexible can-do approach, who is able to work with a wide range of individuals and promote positive relationships between staff.

You will also be able to:

• easily manage completing your work with a high attention to detail.
• work well both independently and within a small team environment.
• provide reliable and timely advice and support to management and staff.
• continuously look for ways to improve the way our services are delivered.
