What you will be doing as an Engineering Manager :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting creativity, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating professional development and growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Implement Lean principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and optimize project workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD tools and methodologies, contributing to the technical excellence of the team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the engineering department.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to standardize processes, reduce lead times, and improve overall project delivery.

What you will need as an Engineering Manager :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams, with a focus on Lean principles and process optimization.
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
