The Electrical Engineering Manager supports an industry leader focused on manufacturing and responsible for providing leadership and support to the Engineering Team, ensuring departmental goals and projects are completed within scope and on time.

Electrical Engineering Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities include :

• Monitor and approve engineering designs to ensure manufacturability an adherence to scope and budget.
• Manage the Engineering Team in terms of assigning work, monitoring performance, adhering to deadlines and establishing SOP’s.
• Measure and track KPI’s and on variances / corrective actions.
• Work cross functionally with all departments to optimize resources and ensure efficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP Systems and AutoCAD / Inventor.
• Ten years in an Electrical Engineering, management experience required.
