Our client is scaling at pace hence the need for a talented Senior TA Partner who can source unicorns in the product & marketing arena. Our client is a leader in their field and you will be joining them at a very exciting time as they expand in EMEA.

The Role;

Take the lead on pipelining for continued hiring of talent across the marketing arena – with a stong passion for finding hidden talent!

You will get involved with interesting projects such as D&I, Employer Branding, Early Careers Hiring and look at how the business can improve on how they assess key talent.

Knowledge, skills & experience;

You will be a talent TA partner with a successful approach to recruitment in the Paris, Barcelona and Madrid market

Have a data-led approach to sourcing talent within a high-growth in-house role

This will suit a humble character with great interpersonal skills

You will be adaptable and willing to support your colleagues

Grad calibre- similar relevant experience fluent French/conversational Spanish is essential
