Our client is a world leader in Media & Content Production and they are looking for a HR Business Partner to work with them covering 12 month maternity leave.
This is a varied role so requires someone with generalist HR knowledge so they can be effective across the business.
You’ll need to be a strong communicator with interpersonal skills.
It would be ideal if you’ve previously worked in an international business and are familiar with a matrix structure
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting & advising line managers with regards to OD, change management, TUPE and team restructures
Collaborating with in house recruitment to ensure company staff needs are being met
Liaise with Fiance team on be¡udgeting & forecasting for future head counts
Implement UK HR strategy
Advise & coach managers on ER cases
Direct management of a HR Advisor
This role is paying £60-65K depending on experience. If you are available immediately or due to finish a contract soon this could be perfect timing!
