This role will be working closely with the HR Director and the wider organisation & HR team including Talent & Performance, Talent Acquisition, Reward & Benefits and Engagement and Operations. This is a varied role working across different areas of the business where you’ll be dealing with key stakeholders to understand their goals, needs and issues. You’ll be supporting HR Director in managing organisational design and change, resource planning, talent development, reward, recognition, employee relations, well being, engagement and compliance as well as specialists in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage formal and informal employee relations issues – individual disciplinary, grievance and redundancy cases & larger scale ER with support from Business Partners
Support the annual performance management cycle & provide guidance in line with the reward strategy to ensure fairness and consistency
Ensure talent pipelines are in place through succession planning and talent mapping
Use of HR data & analytics from turnover, exit interview feedback, sickness absence and recruitment spend to inform & improve processes
This role is a 6 month contract paying up to £55K depending on experience. You must be available immediately and willing to commit to the duration of the contract. This opportunity will best suit someone who has expreince as a HR Advisor and has handled complex ER cases end to end and who ideally has CIPD professional level qualifications.
