My client, a rapidly growing global financial services organisation operating in the Cryptocurrency market, are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Headhunting Recruiter to join their expanding Talent Acquisition team.

Salary: circa £60,000-£65,000.

Currently going through a “hyper-growth” the organisation is at an exciting time in their relatively young history and are recruiting a number of talented and experienced individuals to build and develop their careers alongside the organisation.

Working for and closely with a very experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, the successful individual will play a key role in attracting top talent to join the organisation.

Duties will include:

• Headhunting and sourcing candidates globally (tech and support services roles) using various direct sourcing means, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for new employees including selection, interviews and closing processes.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders within the business.
• Work closely with hiring managers in the creation of job descriptions.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition Team at industry events.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will need to be very experienced, with a proved track record of headhunting candidates and managing high end recruitment processes.

They will also be personable, with the ability to forge strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and possess excellent written and oral skills. Experience of working in a similar environment or professional service is essential.
