Our client is an award-winning national law firm who are widely recognised as litigation specialists, they are now looking for a flexible & resilient Recruitment Advisor to join their London offices on a 3 month temporary basis.
The primary responsibility of the role will be the delivery of the Business Services recruitment requirements and some fee-earning requirements while supporting the expansion of our Northern offices and to manage higher maintenance anomaly roles.
Key Duties Include:
Assisting in the administration of the recruitment process by posting adverts on websites, job boards and social media channels.
Supporting campaign management by undertaking briefing meetings with hiring Partners or managers, researching and advising on cost effective sourcing channels and providing advice and support on appropriate selection methods.
Overseeing the preferred supplier lists by maintaining strong relationships with agencies, on-going review of the preferred supplier list and negotiating and agreeing terms of business.
Undertaking the day-to-day co-supervision of an administrator.
Ensuring compliance with general firm processes and data protection standards (GDPR
The Recruitment Advisor will ideally be from an in-house recruiter, legal agency or professional services with excellent knowledge of Business Services roles (HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, Marketing, Compliance) and fee-earning legal roles. It is essential to have the experience of supervising administrative support. The right candidate will have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environments and be able to work credibly with senior stakeholders. Experience with MS Office Packages is essential. Along with possessing excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
