My client, a rapidly expanding specialist law firm, who have doubled in size in the last 6 years and are rapidly growing, they are now seeking a pro-active HR Manager with a flexible approach to join the company on a permanent basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a HR professional to shape a HR function within a very professional and personable organisation.
The main responsibilities for the HR Manager will be to manage the day-to-day HR function working closely with the Managing Partners to execute the Firm’s people strategy while being responsible for the HR Assistant.
The duties will include:
The HR Manager must have experience of working either in a Law Firm or similar professional service in a similar role. The right candidate will need to be an extremely well rounded, self-sufficient and ideally have CIPD Qualification. It is essential to possess strong relationship building skills whilst working with a diverse workforce. Experience with engagement and management of Senior Stakeholders will be beneficial along with the ability to prioritise and manage projects within deadlines. The HR Manager will be a proven leader, professional and be able to take their own initiative.
