My client is an international law firm and leading innovator in the legal industry, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The HR Coordinator will provide first class support to the HR Manager with London HR processes.
The key duties will include:
Managing the process for all probation periods and trial periods as and when required.
Maintaining accurate records for training/holiday/sickness and ensure their secure storage.
Taking an active involvement in team projects and meetings as required
Supporting with ER and performance management
Organising training and running inductions for new starters
Ad-hoc HR project work and ad-hoc requests
The HR Coordinator will suit an organised HR Administrator/Assistant with experience in a legal or professional services environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to maintain a pleasant working relationship with all levels of personnel and be able to cope under pressure in a calm manner. This role will suit a self-starter with plenty of initiative and resilience, but who equally thrives in a team-based environment.
