My client is a leading international law firm who is looking to recruit a HR Assistant for their busy HR generalist term, covering a 12 month FTC.

The HR Assistant will assist the generalist HR team and support the wider population in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to take the next step in their career, as you will work on international projects alongside your usual workload.

The key duties will include:
Taking responsibility for the onboarding process

Acting as the point of contact for new starters

Drafting HR correspondence

Ensuring the HR System is accurately maintained

Preparing regular reports on absences and diversity statistics

Coordinating the firm’s induction programme

Supporting the administration of the annual processes

The HR Assistant will be a bright and enthusiastic graduate who has some previous HR experience gained in a law firm or professional services background. Being able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills is a must, as is having a good attention to detail.
