My client, a leading, prestigious law firm located in the heart of the city, has an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the firm’s HR team.
The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR Advisory team, providing full administrative support.
The key duties will include:
Provide efficient administrative support to the HR Advisory team
Coordinate the administration of leavers and contractual changes
Prepare and maintain reports
Process invoices
Maintain electronic and paper employee records
Performance review administration
Take minutes in Employee Relation meetings
The HR Administrator will have worked in a similar role within a professional services environment. They will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, other document manager software and HRMS. The right candidate will be able to communicate on all levels with excellent written and interpersonal skills. They will be confident and proactive and ideally have some HR experience. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
