As we expand our international footprint, we are seeking a talented and experienced International Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Lead and manage the sales team responsible for driving revenue growth and market share in the USA market.
• Develop sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of sales efforts.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.

Marketing Management:

• Oversee all marketing activities, including brand management, advertising, promotions, and product launches, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to the USA market to support sales objectives and drive consumer demand.
• Utilize market research and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs and preferences.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion prospects in the USA market, including potential partnerships, distribution channels, and market segments.
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and increase market share in existing segments.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the USA market for the company’s products.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives to drive growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product development, sales, and distribution efforts.

Product Development and Launch:

• Work closely with product development teams to identify market needs and opportunities for new product development or customization for the USA market.
• Plan and execute product launches, including market positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities, to drive successful market entry and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on international markets, particularly the USA market.
• Strong understanding of the food industry landscape, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements in the USA.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
