Exciting opportunity for traveling RN Case Managers! Full time Hospice RN Case Manager serving Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Radford or Vinton, VA.

As a RN Case Manager, your ability to manage client care with specific knowledge and experience in bedside care, symptom management, crisis intervention and family intervention are feature assets for this high-profile nursing position. Required:

• 1+ years’ experience as an RN Case Manager (R)
• Education: Associates in Nursing (R)
• 6 months of recent experience in the past 3 years (P)
• Virginia RN License
• Daily travel to patients’ homes within a 50-mile radius of Roanoke
