Responsibilities:

• Create staffing assignments based on the needs of the firm’s high-profile clients
• Interact with team leads on consultants’ workload and balance projects accordingly
• Identify staffing levels and constraints; adjust on an as needed basis
• Oversee hour reports and highlight expectations with appropriate personnel
• Conduct training sessions and aid in staffing transitions
• Partner with broader HR department on improving staffing support and learning initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working in a professional services environment
• Stellar analytic skills as you will be going over reports and data
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and individuals of all professions
• Great attention to detail and superb time management skills
• Prioritize and can multitask with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Strong independent judgment and excellent problem-solving abilities
