What you’ll be doing :

• Developing a strong network of talent through a variety of sourcing strategies such as social media, LinkedIn, referrals, job postings, and more.
• Maintaining databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates using the utmost tact and professionalism
• Providing prospective candidates with exclusive advice, coaching, and guidance throughout their career search
• Conducting virtual, phone, and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Planning and executing large-scale hiring events throughout Los Angeles and other major markets
• Communicating assignment details to candidates
• Collaborating with clients and team members to identify the right talent for specific events.
• Maintaining databases with up-to-date and accurate information
• Providing on-the-ground talent management during large and high-profile events in various markets

What you will need :

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communicator and problem-solver
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressure
