Job Description:

Required Technical Skill Set:

Functional Testing, Testing process and methodologies, API Testing (SOAP UI, Postman, API automation, APIGEE), Selenium

Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge on ITIL
• Strong working knowledge on service management tool like service now
• Experience in change and release management
• Working experience in CAB meeting representation and release & change planning
• Experience in using project or release management tools
• An expert understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in DevOps, Release Automation, Continuous Delivery & Development, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in working with DevOps and Agile Methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban ,etc.

Good-to-Have:

• Hands on experience with Automation Testing & frameworks
• Exposure in the use of Application Release Automation tools
• Experience in handling software infrastructure management & configuration management

Expectations from the Role:

• Work with business, product team and change management team for training plan
• Create training material
• Conduct training through direct meetings and prerecorded videos
• Guide and oversee the learners on practical activities
• Develops examples and case study material for use in pre-defined courses.
• Advises/coaches others in learning delivery techniques and options.
• Work with cross functional teams to complete the training
