CareCentrix Hiring for Talent Acquisition – Interviewer (Temporary/Work at Home) Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Support Recruiters with phone screening candidates for Call Center / Production type openings.
• Contacts individuals to be interviewed by telephone, text, or email.
• Ask questions in accordance with interview instructions to obtain various specified information as it pertains to the job opening.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewees’ responses by means of appropriate questioning and/or explanation.
• Compile and records interview results using a computer or specified form.
• Review data obtained from interview for completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare Administration preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year corporate or general recruitment related experience required.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment /interviewing methods/techniques preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and communication/presentation skills also required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
