CareAparent is seeking to hire a full-time entry-level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR department. This person will play a key role in the recruiting process for our unlicensed, licensed and corporate positions This role will work closely with the HR team to establish and maintain an effective result-based recruiting strategy and process.

If YOU have the following, CareAparent wants to hear from you:

· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Work effectively with internal & external individuals, in person and on the phone.

· Demonstrated use of effective sourcing, interviewing and project management experience.

· Open to occasional local travel.

· Professional HR/Recruiting experience with prior interviewing experience

· ApplicantPro or Tracking Software experience and/or advanced Excel knowledge

· Knowledge of contemporary recruiting technologies
