Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role/Responsibility:

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of phone, onsite and video interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency

• Review applications for roles and asses their candidacy against job requirements

• Manage/Assist in Clinical staffing of RN’s, NP’s, PA’s nationwide.

• Oversee and manage temp and freelance process

• Provides training and support to hiring managers and interviewers in ATS

• Manages the general HR email inbox

• Educates managers on the recruitment process to ensure consistent application of policies

and procedures

• Executes onboarding of new hires as it relates to reference checks, background checks and candidate engagement throughout the onboarding process

• Manages job requisitions and postings through the applicant tracking system and internal and external job sites as well as maintain up-to-date information in the system.

• Creates and maintains staffing reports

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ Administrative Recruiting or HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow through
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of an organization
• Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Friendly outgoing demeanor as first point of contact for candidates
• Exceptional professional, verbal, and written communication skills
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, on-line Recruiting tools and job posting sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
