Care New England Hiring for TPC – Supported Education Specialist at Providence, RI Full Time
Job Summary: Coordinate career development and support services, in conjunction with multi-disciplinary team members, which supports consumers in choosing, acquiring and maintaining the educational and training opportunities of their choice.
Provide training and ongoing support to clients that will enable them to effectively utilize HIPPA – compliant audio and video based platforms for virtual appointments with treatment team.
Conduct initial digital assessment to determine level of skill and areas that require training and support.
Provide training skill development, and ongoing support with the use of PCs, laptops, and smartphones; and with digital programs such as the internet and Zoom.
Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field required plus at least 2 years’ experience in a vocational/employment setting.
Experience with psychiatrically disabled population preferred.
Must have valid driver’s license and insured auto.
