This role is high profile, reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition, works with leadership and MGRs across the organization, and acts as the enterprise lead for contingent worker activity including approval, coordination and filling of requests to fill contingent (contract/temporary) resources:
This role can be located at any of the local RI area Care New England facilities. Some of the work activity can be completed working remote; the work schedule can be hybrid per need.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the integration of talent into the organization.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field with one to three years’ experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must have knowledge of MS office products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
