Care Initiatives, the largest single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for the full cycle recruitment of our Skilled Nursing Facility & Hospice locations in a defined Iowa region. As a valued team member you collaborate with our locations to hire the professionals needed to deliver the high quality care we are committed to providing.

We are looking for an outgoing, results oriented professional with a passion for recruiting.
Our ideal candidate will also have:
  • Associate’s degree or related sales and/or recruiting experience
  • Two to four years recruiting experience in a metric-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry is preferred
