POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with the Human Resources team to assist the company in attracting and retaining the appropriate talent needed to achieve the company’s business goals.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and implement policies and strategies for acquiring and retaining talent
• Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs, anticipating staffing needs
• Implementing best practices as it includes attracting, hiring and retaining talent within the organization and various teams
• Assisting in employer brand management
• Delivering on department KPIs as it relates to recruiting and staffing vacant positions
• Anticipating talent needs and implementing strategies to fulfill staffing needs
• Remain up to date on current talent trends and process improvements as it relates to attracting and retaining talent.
• Improving the employee life cycle to include, developing job descriptions, managing the onboarding process, developing check-in processes for newly hired teammates, and conducting exit surveys when a teammate leaves the company.
• Assisting the HR team with administrative duties as needed

Education/Experience:

• Recruiting and/or HR experience in the healthcare field
• Familiarity with social media sites, resume databases, and professional networks in the medical/Cardiology space.
• 3+ years’ experience of full cycle recruiting, interviewing and HR administration in the Healthcare/Cardiology field.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to utilize various talent software programs.

Preferred:

• Ability to travel when needed (estimated 1-2 times per quarter)
• Organized, Strong project management skills, demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55- $75K
