Job Summary:

CardioDiagnostics is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing effective customer service and support. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to medical practices and sales representatives in a timely manner via email, phone and/or text messaging.

• Assist medical practices and sales representatives in the field with CardioDiagnostics device hookup process.

• Provide troubleshooting assessment and solutions for a variety of cardiac monitoring devices and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of customer support issues.

• Identify potential problems or trends and notify the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ethics and values.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability and willingness to learn new software and devices.

• Adequate knowledge of commonly used software (E.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook…)

• Experience working in a healthcare or medical environment is a plus.
