Location : Card Kingdom’s headquarters are located on Queen Anne Hill, just a short drive to Mox Seattle in the Ballard neighborhood.

THE ROLE

The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day workflow through role assignments and prioritization of available labor.

You will ensure the consistency and continuity of Production Associates and Production Leads to ensure we meet individual metric goals and interdepartmental SLAs on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.

As Production Supervisor, you are a coach and a manager, helping to build a workplace of continual improvement, both in our employees and our processes.

OBJECTIVES

• Coordinate daily workflow of a large, multifunctional team
• Coach, train, and develop a team of direct s to meet or exceed minimum expectations, including corrective action when necessary
• Lead the implementation of processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Provide performance feedback to multiple levels of the organization
• Investigate and resolve points of failure in departmental processes
• Assist with maintenance and updates of Card Kingdom’s process documentation
• Provide regular updates on daily status to department leadership
• Act as point-of-contact with other departments as needed
• Manage and adjust timecards while also handing PTO requests
• Conduct and provide recommendations on new hire applicants
• Participate in projects as assigned
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior supervisory responsibilities on a team of 5 or more FTE
• Top-notch time management skills with an emphasis on keeping others motivated without constant direction
• Demonstrated bias for action, especially when dealing with ambiguity
• Possess a strong attention to detail, especially with visual acuity
• Proven ability to provide feedback both in the moment an in regular performance reviews
• Working knowledge of Card Kingdom’s internal operations
• An understanding of Magic : The Gathering and its player base is a plus

Location / Work Schedule

• Seattle, WA through January 2024, then relocating to Monroe, WA in February 2024
• PM Shift (3 : 00 PM-11 : 30 PM)

Job Type / Salary

• Full Time at 40 hours a week with two consecutive days off per week.
• Non-Exempt : From $25.58 to 26.58 after proficiency is reached.
• Full Salary Range : $53,206 to $56,721
