Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist position will chiefly focus on one main objective: growing our lead volume at cost-effective prices.

This will be accomplished through a mix of paid and organic marketing channels.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Overseeing budgets, daily spend, cost per lead, and various other KPIs to make sure that the company’s advertising spend is efficient and generates high quality leads
• Analyze trends in clicks, conversion rates, and purchases for different pages and themes on the website to drive traffic that produces revenue
• Execution and maintenance of analytical records of the results of the different search engine marketing efforts
• Post-production QA on published and re-worked pages / posts
• Researching content topics for the blog content calendar in order to continually increase the organic search volume
• Utilize available data points to improve our SEO and PPC campaigns
• Research market and competition, perform benchmarking, and develop innovative ideas/technology

We’re also in search of someone who has the following skillsets:

• Two (2) to five (5) years of Pay Per Click Advertising experience
• Two (2) to five (5) years of Search Engine Optimization experience
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, and Ahrefs
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and updating live websites
• Working experience with spreadsheets, docs, and other such online tools
• Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
