Carbon60 Global Hiring for HR Generalist at London Full Time

Are you a proven HR Generalist, with experience in serving cross-cultural teams and implementing HR projects? Are you seeking your next meaningful role? If so, a great opportunity has arisen to join my client’s team in London for a 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of this to be extended. The HR Generalist will support the HRBP in implementing HR policies and processes for European Operations, both in terms of managing HR Operation and implementing HR projects (i.e., roll-out of Performance Management process). In addition, the HR Generalist will assist with talent acquisition, introduction of the performance management process, resolve and manage employee relations and increase engagement, set up HR operations processes and reporting, implement training programs.

Your role will involve, but not be limited to:
Involved in both Operational and Project management activities within HR. You must be able to manage operational (tactical) aspects but also having dealt with Project management facets of HR.

A multicultural, multi-regional experience is required as this role will deal with HR responsibilities across multiple Countries within the European region

Ensure 100% compliance with the record keeping internal procedures of The Company.

Ensure 100% validity of the information shared in all the reports requested by The Company and/or the BU.

Ensure that all responsibilities are being actioned in alignment with The Company’s policies.

Ensure 100% alignment with talent acquisition targets taking into consideration the quality of the new hires inrelation to the deadline to fill in the vacancies

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
You will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

BSc Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. (MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered an advantage)

CIPD certification is preferred

3-5 years of experience in HR with experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition required

Experience of dealing within the EU zone

1 year experience in employee relations (TUPE) would be desirable

Multicultural (multi-regional) background is required

MS Office, professional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint will be considered as an advantage
