Carbon60 has a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on internal recruitment for high volume projects. The contract is for 6 months, with a view of becoming permanent.

Please note the role is remote, but you may need to travel as an when required to various offices in the South of England.

Your duties:

• Act as a trusted partner to Business Managers, support them to find the best talent for open and upcoming roles.
• Design inclusive job descriptions that allow us to attract top talent to our organisation
• Source the best talent, both in and out of market using a range of online tools to meet current and future business needs – anticipate upcoming recruitment trends and advise the business accordingly
• Ensure that the candidate experience, from application to offer is fair, efficient and provides an excellent experience- regardless of if the journey ends in an offer or not.
• Shortlist and screen applicants to ensure that Hiring Managers receive quality candidates
• Advise Managers on the best selection methods to evaluate candidates including use of testing, interview questions or assessments
• Coach, upskill and provide feedback to Hiring Managers to ensure they are equipped to assess candidates fairly and compliantly
• Create strong Pipelines of talent in hard to fill areas
• Partner with 3rd party organisations such as Recruitment agencies, external recruitment support or local education
• Ensure all data held in our ATS is accurate and compliant – provide data and reporting to the business as needed
• Have a core focus on Inclusion, equity and diversity
• Focused on continuous improvements in recruitment efficiencies.

What do I need to be successful in the role?

• You will join us with hand on experience of working as a full cycle Recruitment Consultant or TA Specialist in a busy In-House team
• Well-developed search techniques are vital, you love to hunt out top talent and are skilled at building pipelines
• You will be a whizz with ATS’s – if you have used PageUp People even better!
• If you have skills in using social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc) to recruit this would be great
• Passionate about candidate experience is essential, you must understand the current market and want to deliver a positive experience every time
• Able to manage a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate and influence upwards where needed
• You are super efficient, organised and proactive and want to join a team where big changes are taking place
