We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Join our energetic, fast-paced team in our Mascot office, as you help guide our company through this rapid growth period. If you are organised with experience in agency or internal recruitment, a passion for people and an eye for talent- we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for;

• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment of potential employees
• Able to create job descriptions and job ads and manage these effectively
• Collaborate in projects related to recruitment activities, processes and recruitment tools
• Work effectively with Senior Leaders to understand their requirements for roles
• Able to manage own time effectively and prioritise hiring needs.
• Develop/maintain innovative recruitment strategies for critical roles in the organisation
• Understand and provide direction on emerging recruitment trends

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment or a HR generalist role
• Experience in executive recruitment advantageous, but not essential
• Experience using employment Hero – preferred but not essential
• Hold a third level qualification or higher in HR or a related discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including high attention to detail
• Ability to streamline processes to make them more efficient
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
• Ability and passion for working autonomously and in a team
