More About The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to proactively partner with Senior Managers and Executives to attract and retain high quality talent. ing to the Manager, Human Resources, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment activity ensuring compliance with relevant policies, practices and statutory requirements whilst providing the highest level of candidate care.

You will build strong working relationships and will partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand their strategic business plans, objectives, operations, and resource requirements and assist with their end-to-end recruitment needs by providing expert recruitment and selection advice and guidance based on your extensive recruitment experience.

Main Responsibilities Include

• Draft and post job advertisements for both internal and external vacancies ensuring compliance with relevant recruitment policies and statutory requirements.
• Shortlist/Phone Screen applicants for both Clinician and Support Service roles
• Schedule Interviews with candidates and hiring managers and participate in interviews (as required)
• Source potential applicants via Seek Talent, LinkedIn & other channels
• Organise Reference checks and Compliance checks
• Follow up with candidates, focusing on a high level of candidate care
• Update/maintain Applicant Tracking System (Job Adder)
• Ad hoc administration tasks as required including providing monthly recruitment s
• Work and collaborate as part of a small People & Culture team

The Person:

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a solid understanding of the overall end to end recruitment and talent acquisition function and how it supports the business.
• Demonstrate strong experience in the use of recruitment software systems. Knowledge of JobAdder, Employment Hero, LinkedIn Recruiter is highly regarded.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong influencing, coaching, partnering and negotiation skills.
• Have demonstrated experience delivering quality talent attraction and selection solutions (previous experience working in the health sector would be highly desirable)
• Be confident in taking the lead in recruitment discussions, being relied on for your knowledge of recruitment in the current market along with related legislative and regulatory compliance and standards.
• Be great at building collaborative relationships, be a pragmatic thinker with sound judgement and have the ability to make prompt reliable decisions.
• Have high energy and resilience and be proactive and collaborative in your approach, ideally with experience in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Be a highly organised and flexible team player, whilst also being able to operate independently.
• Have tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience and aware of best practice recruitment initiatives.
• You’ll bring a sense of understanding and empathy for the candidate’s experience and ensure their journey is positive and engaging.
