RISING GIANT IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY SEEKS TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
We’re a successful fast growing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. We’re growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help play an important part in our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Using traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques to attract and evaluate blue collar candidates
- Placing job ads for areas of expansion on sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and others
- Screen and interview candidates by email, phone and video
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential new-hires
- Assist with on-boarding of new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, Business or another related field
- Two to three years of experience as recruiter
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Great attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Google Docs is helpful

Pay for this position will have a base salary range from $50,000 to $55,000.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
