Job duties:

• Ensure accuracy of client billing activities.
• Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
• Manage over-payment and refunding activities.
• Identify and analyze potential fund risk level.
• Analyze, Collect and maintain customer account activities and necessary documentations.
• Participate in internal audits.
• Update customer account information as and when needed.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Quickly and accurately handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
