Car Driver – Full Time Full Time

Wanted a reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious Driver to handle both official business transportation and personal travel needs. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas, and the professionalism to represent our organization while maintaining discretion for personal tasks.

Official Business Duties

Transport company executives, clients, and staff to meetings, events, and official appointments safely and on time

Maintain the company vehicle in clean and operational condition (daily checks, scheduling servicing)

Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to avoid traffic delays

Assist with luggage, documents, or package deliveries as needed

Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses

Maintain confidentiality regarding business discussions overheard during transit

Personal Use Duties

Provide safe transportation for family members to schools, appointments, errands, and social events

Run personal errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, and household deliveries

Assist with loading/unloading personal items and luggage during trips

Maintain flexibility for occasional evening or weekend personal travel needs

Requirement Details

License Valid Indian driving license (LMV – Light Motor Vehicle) with minimum 3 years driving experience

Driving Record Clean record with no major traffic violations or accidents in past 3 years

Local Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Chennai roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes

Vehicle Care Basic mechanical knowledge (checking oil, tire pressure, coolant)

Language Fluent in Tamil and English (written and spoken); Hindi is a plus

Physical Ability Capable of lifting up to 15 kg and standing for extended periods

Background Clear police verification and background check

Availability Flexible hours; willing to work weekends/holidays as needed

Technology Comfortable using GPS apps (Google Maps, WhatsApp Maps) and mobile phones

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a professional driver (corporate or family driver)

Knowledge of basic car maintenance and troubleshooting

Courteous demeanor and strong customer service skills
