At CAPX, we are disrupting $5 trillion+ corporate financing markets. We enable private equity firms and CFOs to quickly identify and access relevant capital structures and lenders, accelerate transaction execution, and cost-effectively obtain capital greater than $5 million. We have successfully launched over $1 billion in transactions by the end of 2022 and are on the way to achieve $100 million in monthly new deal volume.

Conventional corporate finance industry is driven by human driven sales organizations, which are inefficient and expensive. We believe that technology driven digital marketing efforts can change this. We intend to use the latest marketing technologies and communication methods to originate corporate finance transactions nationwide to exponentially increase choices for borrowers and lenders while meaningfully reducing transaction costs and time.

The Director of Marketing will drive our organization to achieve this goal.

As a core member of the team, this individual will be instrumental in the growth of our platform. While independent contribution will be a large part of this role initially, you will also have the freedom to create and lead a marketing team in lock-step with the growth of the platform. The Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience – experience with B2B services is essential. Experience with financial services, B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software business would be a huge plus.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills. While you will engage writers to create content, the ability to develop a communication strategy to provoke a desired response from the target market is absolutely essential.
• Proven track record of data driven performance marketing and marketing automation at scale is absolutely essential. Ability to configure and effectively use numerous marketing / CRM software for multi-channel campaigns and response analysis is an absolute must.
• Well-developed professional network to source high quality designers, writers, PR professionals, etc. is a must.
• Demonstrable track record of having developed and successfully implemented brand positioning and multi-channel marketing strategies, including emails, ads, PR and events – startup experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital media or communication.
• Self-motivated, independent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of markets CAPX operates in by regularly following industry news, events and competitor activities.
• Drive lead generation and prospect engagement. Design and implement multi-channel outreach strategy, including paid media, content marketing, emails and cold-calls.
• Create copy for digital advertisements, coordinate with designers, create, manage, analyze and improve ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to develop a content strategy. Coordinate with writers for appropriate content creation.
• Maintain and update client facing website and own social media presence of CAPX though regular postings, announcements and other online activities.
• Continually analyze the results of marketing strategy and make relevant ongoing changes.
• Periodically interact with C-suite clients to promote CAPX.
• Collaborate with designers, programmers and other third parties to develop and maintain digital assets.
• Identify, source, coordinate with and manage outside resources / contractors. Ability to work independently and produce reliable results is the key to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
