The Company:

Our client is an established real estate management business well known across Australia and has worldwide reach. The business has grown significantly across all asset classes and now specialises in managing office, industrial and retail assets.

The Role:

The Property Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and financial support to the Property Team across the office portfolio

Key responsibilities include:

• Running Analytics across the office portfolio
• of the real estate assets in line with new leasing requirements.
• Working with Portfolio Managers on Asset Plans and reporting
• Working on strategies to actively manage and enhance real estate assets
• Assist in monthly portfolio reporting to Portfolio and Fund Managers
• General analytical work on lease transactions and redevelopment of assets.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor degree qualified in finance, real estate or other related degree.
• 2-4yrs experience in big 4 Accounting firm with exposure to real estate will be considered.
• Valuation background highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills and excel modelling skills would be an advantage
• Experience in dealing with real estate portfolio reviews or analytics
• Property Management or leasing experience would also be an advantage.
