The Company
A privately owned waste and quarry business with a national footprint and more than half a century of successful operation.

The Role
The Financial Analyst reports directly to the CFO and will work closely with the Operations leadership team to ensure best practice financial governance, strategy and risk mitigation. In more detail they will be responsible for;

• Management reporting
• Supporting the budget process.
• Formulating and presenting of weekly & monthly finance reports
• Overall management of site’s financial resources
• Financial asset management of fixed and mobile plant
• Long term financial and business planning (staffing, plant, contractors)
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Cost benefit analysis
• Variance analysis and reporting

The Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce, Accounting etc)
• A proven track record of financial analysis in an operational environment
• Be located within a commutable distance of Tullamarine
