Summary of Responsibilities:

ing to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Set up and organize the dish area for efficient and safe operation

• Maintain a clean kitchen and dish area

• Operate the dish machine safely and regarding cleanliness and sanitation standards

• During hours of operation wash and sort soiled dishes, organize and put away clean dishes

• When necessary clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, shelving, and surfaces

• Maintain garbage, organic waste, recycling, and linen throughout and at the end of shift

• Assist in daily cleaning duties

• If requested assist in preparation of food as shown by cooks or chefs

• Follow direction of the management team as needed to ensure a clean kitchen and safe, healthy work environment

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationship with others
• Proven organizational skills, work well on own and others. Able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible schedules (including evenings, weekends and overnights) Saturday Sunday mornings 8-4pm and Monday Tuesday nights 5-11pm

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 32 per week
