Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
– Create & maintain customer relationships to build your book of business
– Achieve & exceed strategic sales goals and objectives
– Pursue & identify new business opportunities aligning with company vision
– Negotiate & stay up to date with current market conditions to direct customer pricing approach
– Manage weekly shipments including order entry, spot rating, covering loads, setting appointments, check calls, etc.
Position Requirements:
– 2 years minimum in logistics brokerage sales/account management
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to handle rejection without despair
– Aggressive deal closing mentality
– Persistent demeanor on a daily/weekly basis
– Motivated by high commission and company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
